Dr. med. dent. Oliver A. Centrella

Oliver Centrella completed his training as a federally certified (eidg. dipl.) dentist in Basel in 1998. His doctoral thesis (1998-2001) was on the use of lasers in dentistry.

From 2004 to 2014 Oliver Centrella was a Board Member of the Swiss Association for Oral Laser Applications (www.SGOLA.ch). He gave up this role after more than eight years.

After working as an assistant in Schwyz, Oliver Centrella worked from 1999 to 2002 with Prof. K. Jäger in Aarburg. He used this time primarily to specialise in the fields of implant dentistry, crown and bridge prosthetics and laser dentistry.

From 2002 to 2003 he worked at Zahnärztliches Institut Lauitor in Thun, where he specialised in surgery.

In the summer of 2003, Oliver Centrella took over the practice from Dr M. Sanjek. Since that time his main focus has been on providing individual guidance to patients and providing them with the very latest evidence-based treatment.

Since 2005 Oliver Centrella has been a Board Member of the Horgen District Dental Association.

Since 2007 he has also given presentations and provided training in laser dentistry throughout Switzerland and its neighbouring countries. During this period he has also developed a good working relationship with the company Orcos Medical.

2011: Continuing Training Certificate in General Dentistry.
